Grievance & Redressal Committee

The grievance and redressal committee of the college is related to the complaints lodged by any student and redressal it as per requirement. The students with the problems writing on a simple paper can put it in the suggestion box situated near the principal’s office or can directly give to the principal or to the convener of the committee. The committee will act upon those cases which have been forwarded only with the necessary documents and solve it in stipulated time limits. The committee members interact with the students to expand the awareness about this cell. In the session 2023-24 to aware the students about the parameters under the cell, an extension lecture on the topic “Grievance and Redressal of the Students” was organized by this committee. The resource person of this was Dr Jitendra Bhardwaj, former register Chaudhary Bansilal University Bhiwani. Dr. Bhardwaj said that according to Indian tradition students should maintain parental relationship with the Guru so that they can express their feeling. On this occasion, the principal of the college Dr. Sanjay Kumar Goyal said that the teachers should maintain dignified behaviour as per the expectation of the students. The program coordinator Dr. Seema Bansal said that in view of the academic and administrative problems of the students, the decision to organize the lecture was taken by the complaint and redressal committee of the college. At the end she thanked Dr. Bhardwaj for the wonderful lecture which was very beneficial for the students in all respect.
